Joey’s Story
Joey came to us abandoned from a local shelter just days before Christmas. We quickly became aware that Joey was very sick and required immediate medical attention. After hours of tests and procedures we discovered that he had been suffering from the effects of eating something which was toxic and he would not have survived without our immediate intervention and the dedication and expertise of our vet who treated him. Today, Joey is a beautiful, healthy, young dachshund waiting for his second chance at happiness in a new home with a new family to love him. As with all of our pups, Joey is fully vaccinated, heartworm checked, neutered and has made a full and complete recovery with no adverse effects or problems as a result of his unfortunate incident. Just look at his beautiful face and loving eyes and you will understand why we do what we do! Please help us help them, save the life of a furry friend!
Gio's Story
Gio was hit by a car and found on the side of the road, he was taken to the local pound with the hope that his family would come looking for him and get him the medical attention he so desperately needed. After days passed, Gio still unclaimed, his time was up, Dogs Rule Rescue stepped in just in time. Gio got the surgery he needed, however as a result of our efforts we have incurred a substantial vet bill for his surgery and treatment. Please help us continue to rescue more little souls like his by making a donation today. Dogs Rule Rescue is an all volunteer, not for profit rescue with 100 % of donations going directly to save more lives.
